Level 1 Micromusic Therapy Class:

• Initiate the awakening of your superconsciousness through micromusic.

• Purification of your body, mind and spirit.

• Through practising deep breathing to connect life code of the universe.

• Purify and activate your chakra energies through micromusic.

• Application of micromusic to resolve emotional illnesses.

Level 1 Micromusic Therapy Class contains a total of four classes (75 mins per class):

• Class 1 (1st Week) – Concept of micromusic, Purification and Activation of Base Chakra

• Class 2 (2nd Week) – Main technique in listening micromusic, Purification and Activation of Sacral Chakra, Application of micromusic to resolve sleep discorder

• Class 3 (3rd Week) – Technique in deep breathing, Purification and Activation of Solar Plexus Chakra, Stress relief exercise

• Class 4 (4th Week) – Qi Gong (Chi Kung) practice , Purification and Activation of heart Chakra

This class starts on 3 Apr 2024 and organises monthly.

Duration: 75 mins per class

Price per class: GBP 50

1) Weekday workshop:

Time: 18:30-19:45, Every Wednesday

2) Weekend workshop:

Time: 14:00 - 16:45, Sunday (Every two weeks)
