Shipping Policy
UK Delivery:
UK delivery cost is ranged from £4 to £6 according to item types and weights. Your order can be processed within 3-5 working days but it may take longer time during bank holidays. Due to coronavirus outbreak, processing time (include delivery) may be slightly longer than normal.

International Delivery:
International delivery cost is ranged from £9.5 to £25 according to item types and weights. Your order can be processed within 3-5 working days, but it may take longer time during bank holidays. Due to coronavirus outbreak, processing time (include delivery) may be slightly longer than normal.

The shipper we choose depends on the weight of your order.

The delivery times are only estimates and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please note that only a limited range of delivery services is available in certain areas around the world. We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions. There may be local duties and taxes applied to the courier on delivery.

Please ensure that all information of billing and shipping are correctly provided. Once a delivery has been shipped, we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.

Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days for online shop. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase online, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us via email of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s).

Please notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s) if you purchase online. Returns received after this time frame or without notification may be rejected. Please provide your order number and original email address used for the purchase.

If you purchase our products not online, we do not give refund. Please notify us if you have questions during your purchase.

For booking our services, training and events, no refund is available. Please refer to our Booking Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must be in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you have question about the usage of the item before opening its own package, you can email or send message (whatapps / wechat) to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back until further instructions are advised by HARMONYU.

There are certain situations that no refund can be granted:
- Item with obvious signs of use
- Package of the item has been opened. Package such as the primary transparent bags for Universal Geometry Stickers, Geometry Panels, Crystal Pyramid and Photon Pendant (Harmonious Resonance Collection).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Procedure for returning item:
Returns must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Email us and provide your order number, original email address used for the purchase and reason of returning the item.

We will email you regarding the shipping information.

Send the package according to the shipping information we provide in the email (note: we cannot refund the return shipping costs).

We strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service especially if you are shipping an item over GBP 50.

Send us an email with your postage receipt to confirm your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, please firstly check with your bank or credit card provider. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are originally defective or damaged when you receive the item. Please email us if you need to do the exchange.

Shipping:
To return your product, please email us and then we will provide you the shipping information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service especially if you are shipping an item over GBP 50.
