Welcome to the HARMONYU HMU Holistic Wellness Workshop!

Join us at 3rd Floor, 18 Devonshire Row, London (2 mins walk from Liverpool Street Tube Station). Our Holistic Wellness Programme helps you to effectively achieve physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and spatial wellness.

It helps your holistic body alignment to enjoy high energy living every day. This programme contains a total of eight modules. This programme is on rolling basis and you are welcomed to start with any particular module below:

  • Module 1: Nutritional Wellness - Effective ways to intake and absorb nutrition into body;
  • Module 2: Qi Gong Techniques- Practise powerful physical exercise to activate Qi circulation in body;
  • Module 3: Body Code Wisdom - Explore your body secret system for smart body wellness;
  • Module 4: Spatial Wellness - Create own sacral space to reduce external disturbance everyday;
  • Module 5: Emotion Wellness - Understand endocrine systems for emotion wellbeing;
  • Module 6: Mindfulness Techniques - Breath and zen meditation tips for stress relief;
  • Module 7: Mental Wellness - Achieve mental wellness by soul healing with energy frequency vibration;
  • Module 8: Spiritual Wellness - Soul purification and energy recharge for holistic wellness.

This week HMU HARMONYU will start with Module 2 - Qi Gong (Chi Kung) Techniques. Practise powerful physical exercise to activate Qi circulation in your body to improve your immune system and metabolism for physical wellness. You will learn:

  1. HMU unique qi gong (chi kung) techniques to activate Qi circulation in your body;
  2. Practise HMU qigong movements and integrate posture;
  3. Integrate the qi gong (chi kung) practice with HMU specialised deep rhythmic breathing methods
  4. To enhance and strengthen your life force energy immune system and metabolism for physical wellness and to promote inner peace and tranquility
